How My Travel Planning Process Works

Step 1: Schedule Your Complimentary Vacation Planning Consultation

Every great vacation begins with a conversation! During your complimentary vacation planning consultation, we'll discuss your travel dreams, destination ideas, budget, travel dates, and any special requests. This is your opportunity to share your vision, ask questions, and let me get to know what you're looking for so I can recommend the best options for you.

Step 2: Complete Your Personalized Travel Planning Request

After your consultation, you'll complete my Personalized Travel Planning Request Form. This helps me gather all the details I need to create a vacation that's tailored just for you. You'll share information such as your preferred destination, travel dates, budget, number of travelers, vacation style, and any special requests or accommodations.

The more details you provide, the more personalized your travel recommendations will be.

Step 3: Personalized Travel Planning

Once I have your consultation details and your completed Personalized Travel Planning Request Form, I'll begin researching and designing vacation options tailored to your needs. I'll compare destinations, accommodations, cruise lines, resorts, pricing, and available promotions to create recommendations that fit your travel goals and budget.

For trips that require extensive research or customized planning, a travel planning fee may apply. If a planning fee is required, it will always be discussed with you and approved before planning services begin. There are never any surprise charges.

Step 4: Review Your Personalized Vacation Options

After completing my research, I'll present you with personalized vacation options based on your travel preferences, budget, and goals. Together, we'll review the recommendations, discuss the details, and make any adjustments needed until you feel confident in your choice.

My goal is to help you find the vacation that's the best fit for you—not just any vacation.

Step 5: Book Your Vacation & Travel with Confidence

Once you've selected the vacation that's perfect for you, I'll take care of the booking process and help coordinate all the important details. From confirming your reservation to providing travel information and answering your questions, I'll be here to support you every step of the way.

My commitment doesn't end when you book. I'll continue to be your travel advisor before, during, and even after your vacation to help make your travel experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Some vacations require extensive research, customized itineraries, and multiple proposals. To ensure I can dedicate the time and attention your trip deserves, a travel planning fee may apply.

Any applicable planning fee will always be discussed with you and approved before planning services begin. There are never any surprise charges.

Planning Fee Policy

Travel planning fees compensate for the professional time and expertise required to research, plan, and create personalized travel recommendations.

Because planning services begin before a reservation is made, planning fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether a trip is ultimately booked, changed, or canceled.
